Refund policy

1.1 Scope
All products sold by StoreGenix are digital goods (downloads, code files, templates, scripts, etc.). Because of their nature, once delivered, they cannot be returned in physical form.

1.2 No refund/change of mind
By purchasing a digital product you acknowledge and agree that refunds, returns or exchanges for “change of mind” are not available once the purchase is completed and delivery is made.
(We adopt this because the product is non-tangible and delivery is instantaneous / near-instant.)

1.3 Exceptional cases
A refund may be considered only if:

  • the product was never delivered (download link not activated) or

  • the product is technically corrupted, defective or unusable, and you have notified us within [ X days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery and provided evidence, and we fail to remedy the issue.

1.4 How to request
To request a refund/exception, please email support@storegenix.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of defect or issue

  • Evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
    We will review your request and respond within [ Y business days, e.g., 3‐5 days].

1.5 Final decision & process
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within [ Z business days, e.g., 10 business days].
Any decision by StoreGenix is final.

1.6 Access revocation
If a refund is granted, you understand that you will immediately lose access to the digital product and any associated license or rights.

1.7 Changes to this policy
StoreGenix reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
